There are a select few that possess the talent, the consistency, and the passion for winning championships. Erion Racing, and its team of riders are part of the select group who have made racing success look easy. With four AMA championships won with Erion-modified CBR900RRs, these racing machines are built to produce serious results.
As Honda's official factory-supported road race team, the Erion squad receives motorcycles, parts and technical support. In return, Erion supplies an impeccably organized team that can bring along promising young riders--and still win championships. And now for 2001, Erion Racing looks to expand its dominance into yet another aspect of racing--AMA Superbike. |

Born and bred in Southern California, Bob Reichmann jumped wholeheartedly into the sport in 1982, riding Ascot's notorious motocross track while also completing his training at the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. Bob gained valuable experience working for dealerships and independent motorcycle shops for 17 years, as well as putting in time working for several amateur road race teams. His pro career as a tech started in 1999, and his specialty is engine building and tuning.
"This is my third year working with David McGrath, so our team chemistry is really strong," Reichmann explained. "And Danny Hull brings us some much-needed help as well." Away from the track, Bob likes to ride his mountain bike and road bicycle, as well as his CBR600F4i. "But I can't wait to get on Honda's new AquaTrax(tm) watercraft--that thing should be great," he adds with a big grin.
