Erion Racing's motorcycle parts are intended to enhance performance for closed course competition purposes only. Alteration or modification of a motorcycle from its stock or original manufacturer's condition by installation of different parts may increase the risk of accident or injury. Erion Racing parts are not intended for street, highway, or dirt bike uses. Erion Racing makes no representations or warranties as to the safety or the legality of its parts for such unauthorized street, highway, or dirt bike use of its parts. Consult your local laws for legal requirements applicable to such alterations or modifications.
Installation Adjustments and Clearances
Installation of new or different parts, such as those of Erion Racing or others, may change a motorcycle's configuration and operating characteristics in ways which affect safety, performance and rider satisfaction. INSPECT AND CHECK ALL ADJUSTMENTS, CLEARANCES, SHIELDS, WARNING AND SAFETY DEVICES OF THE MOTORCYCLE AFTER INSTALLATION OF PARTS, AND BEFORE OPERATION. IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO SO YOURSELF, HAVE A QUALIFIED PERSON INSTALL THE PART, AND THEN CHECK OUT THE MOTORCYCLE, AND ITS OPERATION AFTER INSTALLATION. TEST DRIVE THE MOTORCYCLE TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE RESULTING MODIFICATION OF ITS OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS, AND ADJUST YOUR OPERATION ACCORDINGLY. IF THE MOTORCYCLE'S RESULTING CONFIGURATION OR OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS ARE RENDERED UNSAFE, UNINSTALL THE ERION RACING PART AND RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND. BUT DO NOT, IN ANY EVENT, OPERATE THE MOTORCYCLE IN AN UNSAFE CONFIGURATION, OR WITH UNSAFE OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS.
